Ingredient Required:-
- Entire Contents (80g) of this packet
- Mutton 500g
- Water 2 ½ cup (500ml)
How To Cook:-
Pressure Cook Method:-
- Mix Suhana Mutton Kolhapuri Mix, mutton and 2 ½ cup (500ml)water in a pressure cooker and cook for 6 whistle on low flame, for 30-35 minutes
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
Stove Top Method:-
- Mix Suhana Mutton Kolhapuri Mix, mutton and 4 ½ cup (900ml) water in a cooking pan
- Cover with a lid and cook for 50-55 minutes or till the mutton is tender
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
