The Story

An absolute spice mix for Indian-style lip-smacking kidney beans

Ingredients Required:-

  • 1 ½ cup/225g cooked rajma
  • 1 medium/75g onion, chopped
  • 2 medium/150g tomato, chopped
  • 2 ½ cups/500 ml water
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Green coriander, chopped

How To Cook:-

  • Make a paste of Suhana Rajma Masala Mix with ½ cup of water
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil, add onion sauté for 2-3 minutes then add tomato sauté for another 2-3 minutes
    till cooked
  • Heat remaining oil, add the above paste, and sauté for 2-3 minutes or till oil oozes out
  • Add Suhana Rajma Masala Mix paste and cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Add water and cooked rajma
  • Cook till the gravy thickens. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
