Suhana Anda/Egg Bhurji Spice Mix - the perfect mix for an easy-to-make Indian egg/anda bhurji.
Ingredients Required:-
- 4 No of Eggs
- 2 small/100g chopped tomato
- 2 medium/150g chopped onion
- 1 medium/3.5 gram chopped green chilly
- 3 tbsp oil
- For garnishing 1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander
How To Cook:-
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion and saute for 3-4 minutes till light golden brown
- Add tomato, green chilly and saute for 4-5 minutes till oil oozes out
- Add Suhana Egg/Anda Bhurji Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame
- Add eggs, mix well and cook for 2-3 mins or till done
- Garnish with coriander. Serve piping hot with Indian bread such as parathas or naan
