Ingredients Required:-
- The entire packet of Suhana rice idli mix
- 1 cup/200ml water,
- 1/2 cup/100g curd, beaten, oil for greasing
How To Cook:-
- Add 200ml water and 100g curd to Idli Mix to make a smooth batter
- Set aside for 5 minutes. (If you do not have curd, replace it with 1/4 cup/50ml water.)
- Slightly grease the idli moulds with oil and pour the batter
- Steam for 15 minutes or till done
- Serve hot with Sambar and coconut chutney
